With the advent of Covid-19, the classic way of educating employees in all companies was completely impossible, and many found an alternative in eLearning.

The fact is that creating eLearning for companies is not a core business and among their employees they do not have experts of various profiles in the fields of script writing, creation of animations and simulations, video production, graphic and digital design, which are necessary to create functional and interesting content, because effective eLearning exists only if a team of experts from various fields works on it profile and constantly, all the more so because due to constant changes in business, and thus the constant need for education, the production of eLearning content is a continuous process that employees whose business tasks are not primarily work on eLearning production cannot monitor in terms of time or quality.
 
Perhaps in the beginning, from a financial point of view, it may seem more acceptable to hand over eLearning to internal resources, however, when you take into account the overcapacity of people in charge of eLearning with their primary business tasks, their lack of time for eLearning, the inconstancy of eLearning work, the lack of quality software, sufficient knowledge and experience in working with them and a final product that qualitatively does not meet the educational needs of employees, however, hiring a professional eLearning development agency is a much wiser idea because it is the agency's core business, and it is made up of a team of experts in this field who have extensive experience and are equipped with the best software for eLearning production.
